Spray on
A specially developed alcohol cleaning agent (Bellwash) is sprayed onto the belt surface with special nozzles for quick and stable cleaning.It also improves the effectiveness of the scraper in removing foreign objects and live bacteria from the belt surface.
Scrape off
Two-step scrapers remove residue and dirt.Uneven scraping is prevented by maintaining equal weighting of the contact between the belt and the scraper at all times.The removed residue is stored in the scraper box for easy replacement and cleaning.
Wipe up
The special non-woven fibric (Bellwiper) wipes the entire belt width evenly and stably, thoroughly sanitizing minute amount of bacteria that remain on the belt surface.
Installation of ANBELL is very easy!
Simply install it in the leg space of the belt conveyor and pass the belt through it!
How to clean the ANBELL
Remove and clean the scraper box after each cycle.
Take the load roller out and clean it when it becomes dirty.
Only when bellwash is sprayed correctly can the effects of ANBELL be maximized.Clean regularly the area around the spray nozzle.
Conditions for ANBELL installation
- When BELLWASH is installed in the position shown in the above figure ①, there must be at least 1500mm between the legs and no obstruction inside the conveyor belt.(If BELLWASH is installed in the position shown in the above figure ②, it can be installed as long as the distance between the legs is at least 1200mm.)
- The height between the floor and the conveyor belt must be at least 570 mm.
- The conveyor belt must be free of major scratches.(This can cause dirt to accumulate in the scratches on the belt. It can also cause the wiping to not be done evenly.)
- ANBELL cannot be installed on incline conveyor belt.
- The conveyor drive should be mounted in a position behind the ABNELL body.The conveyor belt should have an anti-meandering structure.(Installation is possible even if the conveyor belt does not have an anti-meandering structure.)
- The length of the conveyor belt must be at least 2000mm.Any conveyor belt length is acceptable.The conveyor belt should be made of resin and have a smooth surface.
