ANBELL CA type
Integrated type with belt conveyor
The “ANBELL CA type” is an integrated conveyor and ANBELL for customers who are installing a new belt conveyor.This combination maximizes the cleaning capacity of ANBELL to create the best possible safe and secure sanitation environment.(Available belt widths are 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, and 500mm.)
Can remove residue, dirt, and sanitize.
（１）Specially developed alcohol sanitizer (= called Bellwash) is sprayed onto the belt surface with a dedicated spray nozzle.
（２）A two-step scraper removes residue and dirt.
（３）Contact between the belt and scraper is always maintained at an equal load to prevent uneven scraping.
（４）Special non-woven fiber cloth (= called Bellwiper) wipes the entire belt width evenly and stably to prevent bacteria from being carried over.
Residues are disposed of without cross-contamination.
The removed residue is stored in the scraper box.The box can be removed with a single touch for replacement and cleaning.
Increased productivity
（１）The conveyor is integrated into ANBELL A-type, enabling a compact design with a frontage of 1500mm or more, allowing installation in any location.(Ideal for installation on short conveyors.)
（２）The conveyor can be easily moved and the belt can be easily removed and attached.
（３）Residue, dirt, bacteria count control can be done unattended and consistently. Work efficiency can be greatly improved.
（４）This equipment can be set for energy-saving operation according to the operating conditions of the production line.(Even in the unlikely event of a breakdown, the operating line will not be stopped.)
