ANBELL A type
Can be installed on existing conveyor belts.
The “ANBELL” is an equipment installed at the bottom of the belt conveyor currently in use.However, some conveyor belts cannot be installed depending on their shapes, so please confirm the installation condition on the “Features” page.Products can be selected according to the width of the belt.（Available belt widths are 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 1000mm.）
Can remove residue, dirt, and sanitize.
（１）Specially developed alcohol sanitizer (= called Bellwash) is sprayed onto the belt surface with a dedicated spray nozzle.
（２）A two-step scraper removes residue and dirt.
（３）Contact between the belt and scraper is always maintained at an equal load to prevent uneven scraping.
（４）Special non-woven fiber cloth (= called Bellwiper) wipes the entire belt width evenly and stably to prevent bacteria from being carried over.
Residues are disposed of without cross-contamination.
The removed residue is stored in the scraper box.The box can be removed with a single touch for replacement and cleaning.
Increased productivity
（１）Residue, dirt, bacteria count control can be done unattended and consistently. Work efficiency can be greatly improved.
（２）The equipment operates automatically without stopping the operating line, and the operating pattern can be set by the control function.Even in the unlikely event of a breakdown, the operating line will not be stopped.
（３）A savings mode can also be set to reduce material costs.
（４）The equipment can be installed on existing conveyor lines and is easy to set up.
